ordered a Fiat500 in july, its original build date was week 41... got changed to week 42... then week 43 now its at week 48. reason for this is as its not a scrappage order( which fiat have to honour in a specific time) my order has been put back soi fiat can meet their targets for the scrappage deals. At no time did my dealer ship tell me about the delays i only knew each time once i decided to check on my order...shoddy customer service or what.. the sales rep was arrogant statin its not just you we had to put others back too... not what you expect from a big company like fiat.. scrappage deals wont last forever shoddy customer care will effect normal purchase customers from stepping forward..... unhappy customer.... ps been told it may be put back even more grrrrr
