Is there a way to change where the window wipers stop when you turn them off as i have noticed on a few cinq's that they seem to stop half way up the flippin window which is really annoying although a few cars on here they seem to be at the bottom. Any help with this would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance, Russ

Is this a problem with your vehicle or just a general observation?
they couldve simply turned engine off whilst wipers have been going, so they are in middle of a setting rather than set them to off

It could be that your wiper arms were fitted with the motor in the wrong posiiton (ignition turned off before they stopped).
It could be electric contacts inside the motor gearbox...
Wiper motors have a printed circuit track inside with a gap so the wipers wil always stop in the same place. When you switch on the wipers, that gap is shorted out so the motor runs. It might be the contacts inside the motor need cleaning.
While you are at it you could fit a rheostat to give you variable speed wipers
