ive done a search but didnt have much luck on finding information on taking off the door handles?
anyone done this before?im guessing its quite a fragile job not meant to be taken on by amatures (aka me).

First remove the door interior panel and ensure the window is fully raised

Working inside the door

Undo the handle retaining nuts X3
Disconnect the key/lock barrel connecting rod from the key lock barrel side.
Disconnect the handle/lock connecting rod from the lock side.

Working on the outside of the door

Remove the handle complete with handle/lock connecting rod.

Be careful not to scratch the paintwork and watch out for sharp edges inside the door
