This garage specialises in Fiat and is part of the the good garage scheme.
I took my Multipla there for advice on my clutch problems.
The staff were friendly and knowledgable. One of the owners of the business personally checked my clutch and clutch pedal there and then (with no appointment) to put my mind at ease as to what the problem was.
The pricing is fairly standard for a garage but the service you receive is priceless.
They ordered the new clutch there and then, had it in the next day to suit my day off work I had, and had the car done in 6 hours!
They also gave me a loan car to travel home in.
All the work was explained to me and the guy even showed me the old clutch parts he'd removed to demonstrate what he was saying.
It's nice to find a business you can trust these days.

Sounds like good advice, Lincoln would be the nearest for me but not keen on Stoneacre! Will give it a whirl for my 500's first service.

Thanks

had my punto's head gasket done at MWT a couple of months ago, they were friendly and knew what they were on about (i parked next to the mechanics own punto), had a courtesy car as the work was being done and had no problems with the work done so far (touch wood), so i would definately recommend them to anyone who has a fiat and lives in the lincoln area. can't remember who much the work cost (had to have a reconditioned head as well as mine was cracked) but labour was about £45 p/h if i remember correct

Hi All

Is this still the best place to have your Fiat looked after around Lincoln?

I'm in Sleaford, but would prefer someone who knows Fiats to look after it.

Thanks.

Just arrived at MWT, and it looks good. They have merged with Paint Perfect, so they now offer alloy wheel refurbishment and paint repairs. They have a very nice reception area and the staff have been very friendly so far. Just waiting for the car to be serviced.

Forgot to follow up. Well, the car was serviced, no issues, and they pointed out a potential coolant leak to keep an eye on, and the fact I needed the tracking adjusting.

Ended up getting my tyres from a local garage to me, but I think I'll be taking my car back to MWT in the future as the bill was clear and reasonable.

I had the timing belt changed by them last week. Very reasonable price and decent service.

They don't use OEM parts but quality after market. The belt was a Gates.

I would use them again - in five years when the belt needs changing again.
