Hi There
Could any one tell me where I can find out about taking the bonnet off and replacing it on a Punto?
Car got hit in the front and the bonnets creased, needs to be replaced.
Thanks for any help you can offer

Hello mate and WELCOME TO THE FORUM!

Its very simple, at the rear of the bonnet (near the windscreen) there is a hinge on each side of the bonnet. These are secured to the bonnet and the car by 10mm bolts. Simply undo the bolts (get someone to support the bonnet), disconnect the washer jet piping, and remove the bonnet.

Hope that helps,
Alan

Hi
Thanks for the help, seems simple enough.
The front passenger side headlamp looks like the mounting bracket might be damaged too.
Any ideas on this? Saw somewhere that the bumper might need to come off to get it out?

If it has snapped then you can have the plastic, plastic welded. If just the one has snapped then a good glue will surfice.

Is the headlight loose as a result?

Hi
There is a small piece of the plastic mount broken off.
Glue might well do it. The headlight is other wise undamaged.
It is a bit loose though
