What you tried so far ?

upload a pic to your personal gallery, right click on the pic, select properties, copy the web address, then add it to your signature.

yep ok did that it came up with the pic then it sed this wen i tryed 2 save it

Which of your pics was it you wanted in?

Think it was just too damn big! That do ya now?

Try the one below, right click save to your machine and then go through "user cp" and use the edit avatar link on the left hand side and use the pic you just saved.

I think your problem was your pic to be uploaded was to big pixel wise, avatars should be 80x80 pixels, it can be resized in Photoshop.
