After a disaster with Hammerite caliper paint I'm looking for alternatives. One thing I've come across is the Foliatec caliper paint, this is a two pack paint, unlike all other paint I've come across. The thing is this is about twice as much as all the other paints I've been looking at, so is this stuff worth the money or not?

My mate did use it and yer id say it's worht as you get the caliper lacquer kit

i used this on the red unos calipers about 6 years ago, still solid under all the crap despite 3 years and about 30k miles of use, when i put her away, for some reason i did two coats, can't remember why though.....

i would reckon it would be worth the extra money, after all you only need to do it once every so often so id pay a bit more.

oh and to mention my work just reduced the foliatech kit down from 27 quid to a tenner, woohoo!
