Can anybody tell me where the line from the coolant temperature switch goes into the dashboard clocks pod on my Sporting SPI?

Under the bonnet its a green/white line but I don't see that colour on the edge connectors at the rear of the clocks. I CAN bell it out,but I just wondered if anybody knew straight off which line/colour it is at the connectors...

do you mean switch for the radiator fan, or the switch that throws the "oh $hit" overheat line on on the dashboard?

It's for the "oh sh*t" light.

The radiator fan won't go up there, only to the fuse box I would think. I was expecting to see a green/white going in on an edge connector but the only thing vaguely near that is a pale green.

What are you trying to do?

sorry- I've only just realised you had responded to this thread!

I was trying to utilise the existing wiring from the Temp switch and tap it for the gauge I was fitting instead- but I just ran a new line after all...
