Id be interested to know exactly what is happening to cause this, I know its proxy alignment etc but IF you leave it what could/does eventually happen?
I'd cure that problem with eproxy resin. But what does really happen? I'd like to know.If the Proxy gets too far out of alignment it will cause vibration which will eventually shake the welds in the engine bay apart causing the engine to drop out!

Preventative maintanence.
Touch in the chip before the panel rusts.
Get the hum sorted before it's a bang.
Align your Proxy before your engine falls out!
Took mine in last Friday for this and they have ordered a new dashboard for it
omfg don't go back to that dealer they are clueless
whose that?
i dont know maybe time to name and shame
it's just it seems they are changing a dash pod because it was flashing and simply need a proxy alighnment
We dont really know the full facts (although I agree with what you say about proxy-alignment and this is more than likely the cause).........but its not right slagging other techs (ATA code of conduct)
well i'm not ata boss wont send me on the course so i can slag for now
