Bugger!

I've just brought home my new Fiat Punto (2001) and found out the remote central locking doesn't work. The key has a new battery, the small red LEF flashes when I press it, the central locking works, but the remote control aspect doesn't.

We've just had a flat battery so wondering if it's related.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Might have to get it refigured by ur Fiat dealer.

You say the battery was dead maybe it's wipped the memory.

Not an expert but it could be the fault

Turned out to be my battery.

My battery was so flat that the REMOTE central locking didn't work. Strangely, I the central locking (key in the door) did work.
