That was my main reason for buying my mk2b- got the HGT Multijet- didn't like the front to start with- girl at school has a yellow mk2 sporting which initially made me think mine looked worse than it does but i have grown to like the fact it is a slightly more mature style

youre right (y) puntos are cool either way most defenitly that 1.4 engine in the sporting mk2b is one of its better things

i just saw an mk2b the other day in black (cant find pic) but it had some changes like lower other alloys other grill .... and i thought it looked cool too

but standard i still like the look of mk2

fair enough, i like the mk2, was looking at a sporting one about a year ago but guess am quite happy with mine, still work in progress bit by bit ;)

mines black, with other alloys and a different grille :eek:
 
i would have to say mk2b after seeing this one its LUSH :D

Has to be the mk2b but I am biased I owned two! AS & HGT

2b is nicer in my opinion. Especially the sporting. Its just far improved in the design. i think the lights r nicer but thats my opinion. I had the choice of my car or the 2a when i was buying but im glad i chose the 2b!

Mk2b all the way for me...

Although there are very few modifications available for the 2b.
