Right just to to get an idea on what people are doing...

H, myself, my brother, my brothers bird, dave and mrs dave and maybe gaz are staying over around the brooklands area.

There has been talk of us all going out for a meal so I thought i would do a poll to see who wanted to stay over on the Friday night before the event and who is interested in coming out for a meal that night?

Once I get the numbers then I will look at booking us in somewhere to eat.

Also if you wanted to stay over and not sure where then PM me and I will give you a link to where me and H are staying. The rooms are going for halfprice rate!!!

Also ideas on places we could go to eat and the type of food people want.

Me, Sarah and her Mum and Dad are down on Friday - We'll have James with us too so hopefully wherever you book for a meal will be child friendly.

bit far for me to travel round m25 for just a meal.. but too close to justify staying in a hotel heh. will miss this one but be at the event on sat

any Italian or Thai Garden gets my vote, definitely not French, sammi got French today and sent it back

Nearby, theres 2 Harvesters

West Byfleet has a great Italian restaurant but you won't get in unless you've got a reservation

Weybridge has tons of good restuarants and pubs, but some are really overpriced

Woking has all the fast food chains (inc Pizza Hut), a great Italian restuarant called M2 and the best Chinese all you can eat

edit ah yep i see above need child frendly, pizza hut be best, we wont get snotty people giving us funny looks if he cries

I gotta run it past the person im bringing but am hoping to stay over, I prefer italian and they will eat anything usually.

The only problem i have with pizza hut is..... i cant have pizza. I am on a diet. So it will have to be the salad bar for me!!!!!

I'm sure you can work 1 meal of pizza into your diet

There again ive given up chocolate/sweets/crisp and rubbish food for lent and so far ive eaten, 2 big bags and satsumers and 2 bags of grapes

I have found 5 restaurants in Weybridge, at the moment, checking out some more, not all of them have websites though.
