I dont necessarily want a faster car, i feel its time for an upgrade, ive had my fun with the sei and needs must, its time to let someone else have a bit of fun. i need more space also and while there is a bit of value left in it, i might as well try and sell, although i can hold on a bit longer if circumstances change

I'd personally get the flat, if your paying Rent and doing your own washing and cooking at home then you might as well do it in private with various random girls.

But like Mallet said, if you are Mortgaging then go for it, otherwise get the motor as renting will eat as much as the motor would anyway.

Er... Because you would save several thousand pounds and wouldn't have to wait years to move out

You just answered your own question... You said why would I want a mk2 then said you want something newer and bigger than the Sei! You want a fast one, get a sporting. If you want a really fast one, get an HGT. You want a diesel... get a diesel but for me it's silly paying all that money for a brand new car if it's going to hold the rest of your life back.

Cars loose money, houses gain money, if your buying of course.

I do love my Punto, or how It s called there, Grande!
Some wrote that the cabin isn t nice, but I think it s just because the new car is being designed to undercut competition and trying to offer as many toys as they could. Try to choose different colors, and the dull effect is gone!

And, on top of all, whoever has driven an italian car, knows that ours are much more fun to drive.
Come down for the motorshow, we are waiting for you Brits, we are fed with just French and Germans.

youre still young ,,,get the grande punto , then buy a place later. dont rent anything if possible

well after this thread, i have decided to keep the sei for a bit longer, seen as though ive purchased a major mod for it, and want to get my moneys worth out of it
