Seicento Schumacher, restore, modify or sell.

Looks nice in the photo's doesn't it?

Right I am putting this to the wise collective of the forum to help me decide what to do with my Schumacher.

The car is typically Fiat twelve shades of pink with a cacked up roof and rusty passenger side door.

To restore the car would involve, a new door, new bumpers, radiator, top end rebuild (to flush out the radweld), new anti-roll bar bushes (probably wishbones while I'm at it), consumables and a complete respray.

The 1108 mpi engine dose not have enough torque for the larger wheels. I have a 1242cc Punto 60S block and 866 cam' to give the car more bhp and torque. Don't get me wrong once the car is moving it has the familiar go-kart feel but it just doesn't feel as nippy with the extra rotating mass. If I were to modify the car an engine fit for purpose would be first on my list. Maybe a 16V or Superfire conversion. Has anyone done a Bravo 150 t-jet swap yet? I've seen a couple of Pandas but the Seicento engine bay doesn't look big enough.

To sell the car. I have already stripped out the interior and given it a bit of a wash and polish. I would replace the radiator and flush the system out as a precaution.

The car is MOT's until October. Limited edition (number 1606) and registered as a Seicento Schumacher. Not rare enough for the classic market yet (in this condition) just a reasonable example.

So should I keep and restore the car, modify it or sell it on?
