Right,

Now that I'm doing my IAM Advanced Driving test I ought to get them changed..

New questions though..

1) Can I have them legally without a flag on the left?

2) Can I still have my name on the bottom legally?

3) Can I still have a black outline legally?

Thanks,
Dom

Quote from DemonPlates website:
"From the 1st November 2008, the manufacture of 'show plates' became illegal. Before this it was illegal for somebody to use 'show plates' on the UK highway. Now it is illegal for any company to manufacture a number plate which displays a VRM (vehicle registration mark) which does not comply with current legislation. We no longer make or sell show plates"

To me this says that any option they provide is considered to be street legal.

The badges on the left are illegal, I know that much.

Considering they ask you for your reg doc and copy of your license they're not show plates as far as I'm concerned. Scan and send by email, done.

Ah right. Didn't know they done it that way.

Still not legal IMO to have you name along the bottom at that where the name / post code of the company need to go, in the middle and iso code bottom right I believe.

The ball is in your court not mine ;)

Using common sense, plate has to have name and post code of maker on the bottom and be BS marked. Now where is that going to go if you get a load of other stuff stuck on it.

Have you checked the VOSA website:confused:

Bottom right.

Tried, it's in complicated law speak and my internet connection is absolutely sh*t.
