Private Plates...

So do you think private plates are cheap and tacky or can look good?

Main reason I ask is that i'm thinkin of asking for one for christmas....

depends i think the seriously expensive ones that spell out names and stuff are excellent. But i cant really see the points in ones with your intials and some numbers as they dont really look very different to a normal one

I wanted M4 TTB, but that was sold. I was just about to get M40 TTB but that got sold in the time it took me to make up my mind.

as long as they read what they are supposed to say, i love them - one of my friends had N444 MAT as his plate - i thought this was crap cos the N444 didnt mean anything

Theres a mercedes S class AMG round my way with the number plate V1P but the 1 has the bolt above it so it looks like an "I" crafty eh! And pricey i bet!

I always wanted

1LUNG

as this was my nickname at school (dont ask why)

the dvla site is www.dvla-som.co.uk one thing to remember is DVLA prices are all in, places like regtransfers.com dont include the 80 transfer fee

actually, i was thinking about getting AGA1N and having "bourne" written above it, (cos bourne is my surname) but ive grown out of that idea now!!!
