Chat Room

There have been occasions when various threads particularly in the leisure lounge have ended up more like chat than thread related material. I am probably the most guilty of this, but if there was a chat room it would help alleviate such an occurance.

I realise it would be alot of work to add it to the site and it requires more control, i.e. moderators being available quickly if things get out hand, but it would be rather handy. I know a lot of members use MSN, Lycos, whatever, but that is not the case for all members and is not possible for some members who don't access the forum from home.

So what d'ya think.

lol at neofolis - your the worse for thread chatting, i have no problem with spamming as we all do it and can be fun.

But i dont find it boring when some threads just end up mindless chit chat that interests no one.

Also some new members are accumliating hundreds of posts over a couple of days with pure chit chat - so i do vote for ben to put the chat feature back up there

it wont stop spam but it should help stop these convos between 2 people that interests no one
