well i have had about 4/5 today and feel alright and had more than 7 cups 1 day and felt a little better did any1 else see the article about caffiene it affecting males quicker than females though?

If not available the an Earl Grey is a good enough substitute

No milk, why make a nice infusion and then add an emulsion, no no no.

Will take a coffee occasionally, and how it comes depends on the mood. Can be an expresso, sometimes black (americano) sometimes a Latte.
