I have some Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee beans - they taste lash, there is no way you can compare them to 'normal' coffee

i dont have a preference to be honest i drink both.
coffee in the morning either fresh ground and filtered or instant. nice and strong with milk and 2 sugars same at college.
tea in the afternoon/evening with milk and two sugars.
but more often than not its coffee for me. had to cut down though as i was drinking upto 30 cups a day the same with coke i had to cut down on it an all was drinking upto 4 litres a day.

When I used to visit Fiat, in Torino, (in my old job), Mr Rossi learnt that my espresso after lunch had to come in a large cup with extra hot water. Espresso just leaves me thirsty for a drink.

first brew of the day has to have 2 sugars in it
coffee makes me sh*t which is why I dont drink it in morning, them again it is a laxitive of sorts.
