NO WAY!
i dont smoke myself, and i never will, but if other people want to smoke its their own choice... but i don't really like the smell of stale smoke and would hate my car to smell of it! It smells of the vanillaroma magic tree at the moment

Already said no..but thought i'd add a bit, when I was car shopping a few months back was looking round a beautifully clean fiesta 1.4, good tyres no scratches right spec, good colour e.t.c. Then opened the door and was greeted by the smell of an ashtray that even a thorough valet couldn't mask...at which point I wandered off cos ya kna it STANK.

I don't smoke, my parents do but I don't let them anywhere near my cars with a fag lol.

If you're smoking you're walking, simple.

Im a smoker, and havent touched a fag whilst I've been in my car (since yesterday...)- that may have something to do with it being Summer, no its not cold when you get out the car!

But as I wont be.. I dont expect anyone else to!

I'm a smoker but no way is anyone smoking in the car, I even made the point by getting a no smoking sign air freshener (not as good as the magic tree new car scent one I got haha)

there are 3 main reasons I wouldnt allow it

1) we have kids and dont want them sitting in a car thats been smoked in at any point.

2) the smell lingers, it's like smoking in a sardine can and is worse in summer. fogs up even with the windows open. (my folks smoke in their car so I know first hand lol)

3) cleaning the ashtrays, no thanks :yuck:

there are plenty of other reasons but wouldnt want to bore anyone by listing them all hehe.

if other people want to smoke in their own cars that is their right to do so, but when it comes to ours no way jose.

Nope......I dont smoke so in turn when you're in my car tough:nono: no smoking. I kicked a friend out of my car once because he thought I was joking and he does not see anything wrong with he had to walk home. :yuck::yuck::yuck: habit

I use to smoke thankfully i quit, even if i still did i would never let anyone spark up in my car!
If anyone even tried it with me i would pull over at the side of the road and make them walk, even if the person was a very attractive young lady

I smoke and allow people to smoke in my car. I know how frustrating it can be to not have a fag for long journeys...

I have always said... they damage my car by putting fag burns in it or by gettin ash everywhere, they clean it or they pay for it to get sorted...

never smoked so wouldn't let people smoke in my car, but i would pull over to let then have a fag break if they needed it cause i am nice
but don't like the way smoker throw the cig butts out of the window, it happened here a few years ago guy threw one out it landed in the back of a young mums car as window was open fell onto baby and after a few minutes burst into flames before mum had chance to notice baby was killed.
cant forgive that action by any smoker so stub it out in your ash tray where they should be!!!

I don't smoke and no-one smokes in may car bar my dad (let one friend one, but was a bit of a situation).

Dad only smokes because he gave me my first car, so couldn't really say no. He always has the window down though, couldn't be doing with it up With all the smoke I would be able to diagnose when the cars going up because of an electrical fire

I gave up 21 months ago after smoking for 32 years. I dont allow it in my home and no way in the car. Ive no objection to people smoking just do it outside.

I don't smoke, but I do allow it AS LONG AS they hang out the window whilst doing so

The fresh air should clear that muck out of em!!

No way want ma car to smell nice.

I smoke in the car and let others do so as long as they're in the front and using the window, ashtray use is not allowed as ash and butts mings the car out summat rotten. Getting ash or a fag butt out of the rear windows on a 406 without making a mess is difficult as there a gap down the leading edge of the window allowing the wind in, its like having the window fully open as opposed to ajar

Can imagine my sisleys rear windows will be no better.
