Ok, i've been boring all my mates silly with this one.

Basically turbo cinq is currently off road having engine rebuild.

I've always wanted an uno turbo but don't rele wanna part with the Cinq, so i put it to you... Turbo Cinq or Uno Turbo?

Definately keep Enzo matey (y)

You could always buy a UT a little while down the line once Enzo is back up to scratch (that is if you could bear to part with him once he's fixed ;) )

Cos all the ones that broke have been bodged. Or ran lean for yonks or yada yada need I go on?

Foxyem(sp?) Had a turbo Cinq that never missed a beat IIRC. all it needs to be is properly done. Could probably run 12psi all day long, if not more.

if a turbo cinq is treated right, and the boost is kept low, then there is no reason why it should go wrong, really.

Only low boost? Uno turbos can run quite happily and reliably at high boost (1.0 bar - up to approx. 150bhp). They only start getting unreliable when you go beyond that figure.

Bet your Cinq turbos won't stay in one piece at 1.0 bar for long! :nerner:

sorry to argue lol

...but cinqs are far better looking, newer, more fun, and waaaay cooler :p:p

(runs away and hides)

seriously, though, since badboycinq bought ghostwkd's car, after it was mended properly, AFAIK its been pretty reliable, and it was RRed at 140hp, :woot:

You'll have a bunch of cento peeps saying cento....a bunch of uno peeps saying uno.....probably no other input.

Looks like theres more cento people here at the mo though, so you gotta keep it!! :D

It looks better, is lighter (i think), and it can be reliable if you do it right, which, if your having the engine rebuilt pro, is a plus point, and you'd also be mad to sell when it's already being done.

Stick with it (y)

No some probably wouldn't though Chris's Cinq tuebo that used to belong to jamie and then Sam before that has clocked nigh on 90K and it has run at anything upto 1.2bar for extended periods of time.

Though has to be said driving in rain must send shivers down any Uno drivers spine, in case the floor drops out, or the rear suspension collapses, doors fall off with rust or the chassis flops about, or brakes fail to stop you as they have as much retardation as sticking your arm out the window and using the palm of your hand as an air brake :p
