difference between the satnav and photography section is the satnav section is independant - it has its own parent section. The photography section would be contained in the leisure lounge as a sub section, so its no where near of a big deal (and will still end up being used more than a full blown section). Most parent sections have 3 child sections, so clutter excuse cant be used either...

Because I knew I would get rocketed as a mod voting no, as the others have. Much the same reasons as the others to be honest, we could have endless subsections about endless topics that would be far more popular.
Errm, was only kidding.,
and as far as more popular, i dont think the "best photo" thread has fallen further than lower page 1 and it was started at christmas so obviously theres a lot of interest in it.,
and if there was other topics that would be far more popular then we'd be looking at a poll for them too.,

Really what we are argueing is wether to consolidate all posts about Cameras/photography to a folder...
now depending on your opinion, this folder will either sort out posts, and allow photography posts to be found easier,
or it is the start of everyone asking for LL subsections, and turning this Fiat forum in to a General forum.
Personally i dont think it's worth arguing about, worst comes to worst, and theres only 10 threads and 500 views in a month or so's time, just delete the subsection... the arguemtns are getting quite tense and i think we should chill out a little. let the poll run it's course and see what the results are.

and LL is the general section of fiatforum.,
bens not keen on deleting/renaming sections as this kills any links/threads hence the discussion.theres no problem with discussion however some feel if you dont agree with one opinion you are wrong rather than having a different opinion
All this talk of a subsection making this a general forum is silly. Thats what the leisure lounge is for. Notice that the leisure lounge is the most used section on the whole site. People dont want to talk about fiats all of the time.

This is a fiat forum and shouldnt get confused with a general forum, my grind with the photographic section is where does it stop. Ben had a tidy up of the forum so it wont be cluttered. More sub sections mean more clutter. There are plenty of decent photographic forums about i am sure.
Music is also popular on here, so next will be music subsection, then tattoo subsection - where does it end?
Also I did agree to a none fiat model section the votes said yes but ben said no. Its his forum....

But that's a fair bit back in the arguement, chris had only stated a fact at that current time, maybe he was wrong to do so but what's done is done. Instead of this "he said this she said" that rubbish let's carry on with the discussion on having a photographic subsection.
