Haven't had time to have a good luck at mine, but on my old Niva I had, that had a rear seat you could fold the back against the front seats so it left a flat load area, and the hinges weren't too difficult to source.

I'll take a look over the christmas holiday period and see if they'd fit the Panda rear seat, if so I'll let you know.

hopefully you can snap foto how it was done, so i can modify mine too.

Any more info on how to adjust fixed rear seats on the standard Panda so that they fold flat?
