Hi everyone, new to the forum, picked up my 1.1 active (bebop blue) today. I need a cigar lighter socket, and as the car was a pre-reg i couldnt have one as an option. Does anyone know where i can get one from? I understand the car is pre-wired (underneath the little cubbyhole where it should be).

probably is, my dynamic didnt have the boot light, my dealer said the loom wasnt there for it, but what did i find??..... the loom and connected one up!
as far as i know unless fiat have changed the loom design it will be there, prise off the cover and check, all you might need to do is either raid the parts dept or the scrappies

I too bought a pre-registered Active and needed a fag lighter to power-up my TomTom.
I asked the dealer to fit one prior to me collecting the car. All very nice, it even illuminates with the dash lights.

What I wasn’t expecting was the £60 bill !!!!!

But it all looks right and proper – I didn’t really want to spoil the new car’s interior with some piece of tat from Halfords!!!
Having spent so much, maybe I ought to take up smoking - to get my money’s worth!!!

Cheers guys, have been in touch with fiat and should have one fitted ASAP! Likewise, i only need one to charge up the iPod, maybe a TomTom in the future!

fit oneyour self for about 10 quid or less, it shouldnt be to hard in the new panda, i did mine in the old panda, but saying that theres holes all over for the cables lol.

anyways it can be simple enough to do if u can hide cables and find holes or make holes hiddden and stuff like that
