Now looks like its a good time to buy a Panda, probably the UKs most economical new car, at the prices Fiatsupasaver are currently charging. eg
1.1 Active £4995,
1.2 Dynamic £5095,
1.3 Multijet £5895
This latter is the lowest price they have charged for a number of months, I bought mine from them in April for £100 more.(grrr)
Broadspeed are still quoting £6023.

you sure? just had a look get this:

Model Our Price
Active 1.1 £5395.00
Dynamic 1.2 £5690.00
Dynamic Skydome 1.2 £6195.00
Dynamic Air Con 1.2 6195.00
Dynamic 1.3 Multijet £6395.00
Eleganza 1.2 £6695.00
Sporting 1.3 Multijet £7295.00
4x4 1.2 £7495.00

I've just bought my Panda Active in metallic paint, dealer registered - but with only four miles on the odometer! - for the king's ransom of £4,949. Fantastic value for money, as it in no way feels like a "cheap" car! They've a few more left at this price at Anthony Betts Fiat, in Hemel Hempstead.:) :) :)

DONT click on the picture of a panda, scroll down the first screen to the red 'sale' box. Et voila.

£6700 Not pre reg eleganza with front fogs from my local dealer. Beat fiatsupasaver price.:D

So, we've got some pretty bright cookies, who know how to get a good deal , on this site. Can someone tell me why 'What Car ' et al , have'nt worked out that you can get these really good deals on Pandas, but cant on for example, a Toyota Aygo. This means that their assessment of the T Aygo as Britains cheapest car, is wrong. The Panda is streets ahead. And which would you prefer to drive?

If people tried the panda v aygo they would easily buy the panda. Like we did, it drives better the most cars costing more than £10,000:)

We got a good deal too. We paid £4950 for our (pre-reg) 1.2 Dynamic with under 10 miles on it. Also negotiated 12 months tax, tank of fuel, set of mats, smoking kit. It was up at £5995.

We bought it on 31/12/05 - new years eve !!! So not only last day of the quarter, but last day of the year. I suppose it helped that there was no px, but we bought it outright, so he got no finance kick either.

They also had a diesel with alloys and roofrails up for £6495 that was actually the one we went to buy, but he wouldn't budge an inch on it. Never mind as £1500 buys a lot of petrol.
