Hi everybody,
I just bought the New Panda Multijet and I have to say that it is the great car, but I don't know if my computer is Ok. It never shows the "0" consumption - it is still 2liters. Also the reaction of computer is very long, I am pushing the accelerator. car is accelarating but the computer shows the same figures.
Thak for advice:confused:

I don't own a new Panda [I presume this is l/100] - but the car is consuming fuel even at tickover revs - maybe this is reason it shows 2...

Also, are there average AND instant computer settings?

Thanks Stuart DD, you are right - the instant consumption 2l/100km is for tickover, but for example in my P307 the c. is 0,7l for tickover and 0l when I am going with the gear - here it is still the same - 2l.
Yes, I can switch between the average and instant c.

The fuel computer isn't 100% accurate.
My last (only so far) full tank of fuel gave me 58 mpg in real life (according to the trip distance meter and the fuel pump quantity). The trip computer told me I had got 51.6 mpg.
When stationary on the UK models, the consumption shows as "-----", rather than 0 mpg. Also, when coasting, the fuel consumption never shows above 141.2 mpg - I think that's the highest number Fiat can count to!

I noticed that too... Thought it was a strange number... I never use the instant fuel consumption - it's a bit silly...
