Good morning! I’m looking for for a blend flap actuator as when I bought my 100hp it was missing! I’ve been looking since owning the car and it’s proving difficult, does anyone know any part number or anywhere who stocks them(if they even do) getting colder and colder each day now haha! Very much appreciated of any help!

ThIs Is the actuator but it doesn’t come with the two other pars you need if you want to replace a snapped one.

If the little black stub is snapped that connects to the flap, then your pretty buggered!
You will need to bodge something up to get it working again or take the doors off and the dash out to replace the heater box!!!!!

You can remove the dash plastic with the doors in place. There is a video on You Tube showing the process. That should give better access to do any repairs.
If you want to fit a manual controlled Aircon Heater (a) not low cost and (b) the doors have to come off the car to remove the structural frame the surrounds the heater. There are none on eBay (probably because they are buried). You would have to ring around the scrappers and visit in person. But it would be useful practice for taking out your own dash.
