StevieJ If I can get a definitive answer, and it proves that this is a sliding seat shelf, I will happily sell it to you at what it cost me! It appears that the depth of 9" in the centre is the critical one. If you measure this in your car from the back seat to the rear door,it will be just over 9" It appears that mine is just over 12".
I’ll go and have a look now. I bought an almost new shelf but it was too wide so sold it on eBay and not had chance to get one yet.
Still got the part number sticker on it?

This looks correct. It's not possible to be sure it has the hinge pins rubber sleeves. But you can do a reasonable replacement with self-amalgamating rubber tape.
