Does anyone tow a trailer with two dinghies on board?

We are looking for another Panda 100hp having sold one a couple of years ago, but if it is not going to tow a 175kg trailer with 2 x 45kg dinghies, then I will need reconsider.

Max. Towing Weight - Braked 800kg
Max. Towing Weight - Unbraked 400kg

Yes. This is with my previous boat (a SIB). Now I have a 4.10 m. RIB with a 4 stroke 40Hp on a trailer that weighs around 125 Kg. My set stays just under 400 Kg. If it wasn't for Corona, I'd have towed it to Croatia and back this summer like I do almost every summer.
Towbar is a vertical detachable Westfalia that needs a not to big bumpercutout.
The 100Hp has no problem with the trailer. Mostly in 6th gear and sometimes 3rd to conquer an Alp or get on the Autobahn.

I saw someone towing a dinghy *and* with a massive roof rack at the weekend, so I'd guess so. (I felt outdone by them)
