My 2004 1.2 panda makes rattle / knocking noise from left side of car on puddles .
All 4 bump stops are brand new
Complete Control arms with ball joint ends are new
Stabiliser bar links are also new
I did not change the rubber supports of stabiliser bar , can they make noise ??? Car is 72k miles driven , 14 inch alloy wheels are installed

I would recheck the link bars. If you have changed the struts slack it all off. Reposition the top mounts very carefully and re tighten everything. I have had some rattles which eventually disappeared after much faffing about. Also check your top bump stops on the struts are staying at the top of the strut and have not fallen down as mine did these rattled a lot until I gave them a blob of mastic to hold them where they should be. I could not believe the noise these plastic things generated!

You mean to say i should take the springs off and refit ? Or just the bumpstops and repositon them ?
Where did your bump stop fell, couldn’t get it ?

If they are sliding down, put some mastic on top of the bump stop stick it in place and leave for the mastic to cure.

My 2006 Panda does something similar, I actually posted asking if anyone knew why only yesterday.
I have no idea either, mine is a bloody loud knocking noise that lasts a couple of seconds.

Anything loose or worn is going to make a noise

one person is going to suggest the drop links because that is what was making the noise in their car the next person the control Arms because that was what making the noise in theirs and so on.

could be lucky and get it right first time but soon starts to expense to keep changing and trying.

nobody can be 100% without having the car in front of them.

personally I would try and diagnose it myself and sort it first time

Some faults need to be normal ride height others need either the control arm raised or lowered.

Put down one window at a time and listen. That should tell you which corner has the loudest noise. Go from there to find whtatever it is that's loos.

Brake pads should be lightly gripped in the carrier. They can rattle sometimes. Mine go click once when I reverse.
As you go over bumps, lightly (just lightly) press the brake. If this cures the rattle, slightly loose pads are the answer. This is a good thing, as tight ones tend to seize more easily.

I would slack off the strut and check the top mounts are right. There is a pointer that should be towards the front I think but check as I am not sure. The bellows gaiter is a rubber or plastic thing thats bonded to a plastic sleeve at the top. Fiat part fit, but I bought aftermarket and the gaiter slipped down so the plastic bush at the top was half way down the piston not at the top and did it rattle. It sounded like something was broken in a big way. On mine I removed the strut for access and put the gaiter back where it should be. In the end I used silicon mastic to make sure it stayed put as other fixes failed, I gave the top of the strut liberal band about 20mm wide and 5mm thick and slid the gaiter up, followed by a wipe round the base of the bush to form a lip of mastic. Once dry this holds it in place and stops that plastic bush rattling and making noises like a broken front arm. As my front arms were new I knew it couldn't be that. Even slightly loose link rods is also a cause of similar noises. I have once bought new ones that rattled... Not on the Panda though. I couldnt believe the gaiter could cause this much noise so worth a check. I think proper parts the gaiter and bumpstops are one part. My car now has a bump stop and separate gaiter... not good.

Why not go to Kwikfit or other tyre place, ask them to have a look as you have a knocking noise.
They will tell you what it needs and give you a quote for free, then either pay them or go do it yourself.

If you go there you will need a new engine new springs brake pads and tyres all around

And that before they look into the noise
