When i changed the blet, there was. No mark on engine block to allign with, i did with marking my own marks . On both pullies !

There are marks to align on the crank sprocket and engine block and camshaft sprocket and engine block.

Definitely needs to be checked.

If someone had changed the belt wrong before you and got car, then making your own marks would have followed their previous mistake.

Plus I suggest removing valve cover to make sure cam lobes look correct when cam sprocket mark aligned with mark on engine block. This is in case someone damaged key between cam sproket and cam shaft.

Post a picture of the cam lobes of number 1 cylinder when piston at TOP of stroke.

When i did the timing belt change, i remember that there was no mark on block , as shown in picture taken from internet

There may be a hole in top of flywheel/clutch housing , remove plug and there is a mark on flywheel that can be aligned with the zero mark on the housing to ensure engine is at Top dead centre.

I dont think the picture you posted is correct for your engine.

Top dead centre is easy enough to find with a straight dowel onto the piston top. Move the crank back and forth to find the point where the piston stops. You can then look at the flywheel and belt pulley to see if there are any manufacturer's marks that line up.

I took reference from these pictures on internet,

Does your camshaft sprocket look like this picture?
With that mark?

Did your new belt have the two white lines on?

Yes new belt have white lines, i properly alligned the lines,

Yes sprocket is exactly same as picture, but there is no timing mark on the engine block near oil sump
Ok next time you are checking belt crank and cam set up correctly, find top dead centre of cylinder 1 . Then check alignment mark of cam sprocket is aligned with mark on engine.
Plus
remove camshaft cover and post pictures of the camshaft lobes of number1 cylinder and number4 cylinder . With the camshaft marks ligned up.

You can set piston of cylinder 1 at TOP DEAD CENTRE using wooden rod through spark plug hole or flywheel zero mark.

In the beginning you said the "engine sounds louder" and "throttle response is not good". This implies it was better before you did something to the engine. And you had yellow spark plugs which I think means lean running. Perhaps there's no issue with your timing and fault is something else.
