Hi I have an 05 fiat panda 1.1 active and some **** has trapped elastic around the lower rear seat bolts (in the interior cabin not the boot) only way to remove it fully is to loosen the bolts remove it then tighten them back up but I need to know the correct tourque settings to tighten them to (yes I have a decent socket set and a decent tourque wrench so can do this myself)

I would use the standard setting for the bolt size. They are difficult to align so take care they are not cross thread.
