Hey all!

Looking potentially to get an exhaust made up for the 100HP later this year. Love the sound of it stock but would like it a little louder with a throaty rasp as well as keeping the crackles and pops of the stock . Can anyone recommend any aftermarket systems that perhaps meet these? if not, have any of you had them custom made? How much roughly for mid + back section not inc manifold? Obviously prices will differ for various reasons but looking for rough estimates at the moment

I can vouch for a nice clean throaty sound on my panda. 57mm cat back free flow. Custom made with a 330mm center free flow muffler and a 330mm oval center off free flow rear muffler. Any exhaust shop can whip this together for you in about an hour and a half. Stainless or mild. It's got a nice deep blowy sound and has plenty of the pops you like. Because its all universal boxes it works out quite cheap too. If your country allows it, yank out the cat to get this crispy flow sound from the engine bay. Just my 2 cents

Removing the catalyst is illegal in UK and leaves a stinky smoke trail behind the car.


A stainless tubular 4-2-1 manifold with under floor cat and standard exhaust will give better benefit that a cat back system.

Check these out. Some will need a bolt on cat under the floor. Those with the high cat are probably no better and potentially worse than OEM manifolds.

Talk to these people. This probably fits the 1.4 but ask them. In UK it MUST HAVE a catalyst.
