Does anyone know where the coolant bleed valve is on my fiat panda 1.2 2007?

You should have two.
One at the top of the radiator, usually white, plastic, butterfly shaped. Undo it gently, by hand until coolant dribbles out. It has a hole through it, so no need to remove it.

Second one is on the top heater hose, just before it passes through the bulkhead (firewall). As you look at the engine, towards the right of the engine at teh back of the engine bay.
This one is black, round with knurled edges. Again, undo by hand, be gentle, they can break, and do not need to be removed.
