My 2008 Panda 100HP has the factory fitted bluetooth designed to link to a range of Nokia and Seimens phones current at the time of manufacture.
Can it be set up to work with modern smartphones like a Samsung S9?

My S5 works flawlessly. As long as the Bluetoothprotocol is compatible with that of the Panda it works.

Just follow the instructions in the manual (PDF version on this site).
