Hello, new panda 2010 owner here. Bought her as a runabout as my 4x4 tank is so expensive to run.

Trying to remove head rests to fit seat covers and not succeeding!
Also does the back seat come out easily? I dont really need it so considering taking it out altogether. Thanks folks

Very easy to remove
Fold seat back down two bolt one each side on the high plate at the bottom of the seat back probably be a bit stiff as the bolt is exposed to the underside of the car
Possibly one Allen bolt in the centre between the seats if you have the split fold verity
Same with seat base two bolt on the front of it where you legs would be

I recently had my entire back seat out. The side bolts were fine, but anything going through the floor was getting rusty. I treated the lot with CopaSlip. The split fold centre bracket 8mm Allen head screw was tight and came out with damaged threads. I tapped out the hole but had to file the cover clip bracket hole as it was not possible to avoid cross threading the screws.

Edit: The split fold seat back stayed locked together. They look like the pivot pin should just pull apart but on mine refused to budge. It's easiest to remove and fit with help but you can do it single handed.

Conversely I had the back seats (non splitting) out on my 2010 and everything came out a treat, and you all now I'm mechanically incompetent lol
