I've checked how to replace the resistor looks awkward but the car was designed for LHD.

Can anyone tell me the best place to get a replacement. The are dirt cheap on eBay but dont want to buy rubbish for a sake of a few £s. I'd rather not have to do the job again.

The RHS heater control knob bulb has failed. How do I open it up to replace the bulb? Has anyone tried LED bulbs?

The resistor is well out of my technical know how, but the bulb is just a case of firmly pulling off the knob.

Not sure you can get a suitable LED replacement for that type of bulb. I may have some spare bulbs as I purchased a pack of 10 and only needed 1. I will have a look on Sunday and see if I can find them, if I can I can send you a couple in the post.

Bulb not yet checked. Kronoron, thanks for your offer. Let me check if there are any LED options. I used them on the 1970s Suzuki instruments so never know.

Thanks. With mine having an ignition coil fault and visitors this w/e, I've not got around to checking the bulbs.
