Panda 4x4 jtd 2007, the driveshaft which goes from gearbox to rear is bit loose from joint . I did order new parts, but parts will come after week or so.

So if i just take it off, car wont be four-wheel drive, only front-wheel drive. Am i still able to front wheel drive only? Or will ecu be messed?

Atm it making clonging noises on low speeds and im afraid it breaks something from rear...

I would simply remove the broken drive shaft. If it falls apart while driving the car you risk a serious accident.

No problems doing this.
If you ever hire a Panda 4x4 when abroad, you will often find that the car has had its propshaft removed. Cheaper for the hire firm.
