Hi,

There seems to be a million threads on broken seats sorry but most seem to be about cuts/collapsed seats. Mines the opposite.

My drivers seat seat seems to bulge out at the bottom. Like the whole lower seat is attacking you

There's not a lumbar adjustment lever i'm missing is there? lol

The base of the seat should go up and down creating a lumbar support.
Fiat missed a trick with the seats on the 100hp. The main design flaw for me being 6’2” tall the seat belt doesn’t retract as it’s squashed by the blaster! And I know what you mean about the bulge. Feels like it’s right on the base of the spine. Can be adjusted just take so bit of a trial and error period.

Seems like the lower half of the seat has give up the ghost. Can’t live with it so bought a 595 interior (fairly cheap cheers ebay) which seem a million times better. Yet to fit them yet like.

Only concern now is the weight of them. The fronts are HEAVY.

The 100HP seat set fully down has a hard plastic lump across the back that most will find annoying and some downright painful. When its winched up, that bar/frame (or whatever it is) drops away but you now have no lumbar support.

If the base has dropped more than that there is a structural problem with the seat base. Anything from broken spring(s) to broken frame.

Car seats get ever heavier to provide better crash protection. Unfortunately they are often really poor for the user's spines. Bum down knees up is not good for anyone.
