Cheers members,
As a Newbie, I feel I have to contribute with something in here. I got my summer alloy wheels on a few days ago which was nice compared to my black Alfa-wheels with stud tires. However, I am disturbed by the missing hub caps and the rusty wheel bolts so I spend hours searching the web for caps with FIAT emblem, 60mm dia but failed.
However, I did find "Abarth" center caps at 'SuperCenterCaps' London UK for £7,50 and Chromed wheel bolt covers at 'wheelpartsdirectuk' for £17,94 all plus postage. We will see how the Abarth-caps will fit but I think it will be cool, even if not original

Anyone knows what the original caps looked like in 2006 and if my alloys are original or aftermarket?

The 4x4 wheels should be 4-spoke. The 6-spoke ones came on the Eleganza or optional. I'd say it would be extremely hard to find the rarer 4-spoke ones. The 2006 car had the blue Fiat logo. It changed to red around 2007 and for some reason, the red badges seem to fall apart.

Cheers and thanks for info.
Who knows what happened in The Netherlands when it was first ordered there? Maybe these wheels were 'optional'? Anyway, I kind of like them as is. Do you know if the "hub caps" were covering the whole circle 160mm dia or just the center?
Guess I will keep on searching for the blue Fiat caps :)

Wee Smurf,
I found a pic of the "Original" 4x4 2006 wheels with blue Fiat caps I guess? It seems to be a complete "Hub-cap" here with 160mm dia which I don't have.. We will see what the Abarth caps looks like next week, and I am not a "Original Fundamentalist" so I might keep them if they look good :)

Wee Smurf,
I found another pic of a Panda-05 4x4 for sale in UK at £799! The original wheels looks like mine actually and they say this one is version Eleganza 2005.
:)

British cars are generally sold by model with relatively few extras added by buyers. Elsewhere, you get a more basic car to which the buyer adds all sorts of things that in UK we would see as "standard" equipment.

DaveMcT, yes I guess there is a variety depending on where the car is sold. Mine was originally sold in Holland and imported to Sweden 2008 so it is difficult to find any documentation at all from the start. I have got some service bills from Sweden and can see what has been done between 2011-2017 with a blank space of 3 yrs in between.
But the car sounds fine and I am not worried, except for the "clonk-sound" from below at higher gears and low power. Probably the drive-shaft bearing or something. I will take her into a FIAT sercice garage soon and let them do a full service, then we will hear about what needs to be done :)

Thank's but..Going from Abarth to Ferrari feels a bit over the top :) Even if they are nice.

I was trying to say that all sorts of options could be added on mainland European cars compared to cars sold in UK. Not that its a bad thing.

Service history is nice to have but a good close look under the car will tell you if its been cared-for. Fix the stuff that's needing doing and let the rest run until its due for service or replacement.

The clunk from underneath really does need to be checked out as a wide backlash is damaging to any transmission. As you say its likely to be rear shaft bearing or universal joint. But it could simply be the exhaust pipe.

The Eleganza isn't a 4x4.

Lol I'm odd in that I ordered loads of optional extras in mine. Just hoping that someone somewhere will want to buy my well specced Panda!

The centres to go with the wheels you have look like this. Also showing the part number.

DaveMcT,Yes, thanks I will inspect it next week, since my neighbour have a good workshop and car lift at home.
This morning I got a call from FIAT Milano Service Center after my comment over the fact that they can't register any car older than 2006 in their system "My Fiat". She told me mine was registred in Holland Sept 2005 and she found a recall campaign for the ABS-system wich has not been done! Anyway, she gave me the code and I will contact my local authorized workshop here soon. Very nice that they called me I think :)
