When I was buying my Panda I wanted to get heated wing mirrors but I was told that I couldn't have them as an option unless I got aircon as well... Never understood why...

Does anyone know if I can get heated wing mirrors installed as an after-market option, and if so what the part number / cost would be?

Just hate the way my wing mirrors get all steamed up this weather...

The heated wing mirrors on the Stilo come on when you press the heated rear-windscreen button.

Can't see why this is linked to the aircon, unless part of a climate pack or something.

I didn't realise I had them! Checked it out the other morning and they do come on with the heated rear window switch, the mist and dew magically disappears from the mirrors. I don't know if this is one of the extras fitted when you have the Dynamic with air/con, or Dynamic Sound or Sunroof etc.
It should be standard on the Eleganza at least. Mine has electric adjusters for the mirror so perhaps it comes with this option.
As regards retro-fitting, it may be a case of fitting the right type of mirror glass if the wiring is already there. You may have to look behind the mirror glass to see if any wiring is there.

Unfortunately it was only an option for the dynamic if you also bought air-con, also standard in the Eleganza...

I tried the Fiat website - Construct your Fiat - when I was buying. When I clicked on the heated wing mirrors, it said that I would also need to select Air-Con. I didn't consider Air-Con to be a requirement living in Northern Ireland. I contacted the dealer and they didn't see any reason why I couldn't order just the heated wing mirrors. But when I gave them the list of options I wanted, they told me that I couldn't have the heated wing mirrors without the Air-Con. Never understood why

I have the Brio Catalogue and also have the Panda accessories catalogue but didn't expect to find them in there...

The specs must be different in England - I have the Multijet, 05 model, it's got the heated wing mirrors, comes on with the heated rear screen. I think the line up here in Ireland is different, I have roof bars, side mouldings, CD, remote locking etc., but it is called the Dynamic trim here - different markets, different prices.

Would have liked the fogs but cost was a factor, can't have everything, I guess :(

Just discovered this morning that my Dynamic Dualogic has heated mirrors which is a nice surprise.

Already knew that the Dualogic spec got the full multi-functional display as per the Elegence but didn't know about the mirrors.
