Hello,

I have fiat panda 2006, 1.25cc
with SELESPEED CFC228F Automatic Gearbox

for the last few days i had a problem with code P0715 - Clutch disk speed, as i noticed thru monitoring the parameter that the clutch isn't fully engage, also i have the clutch overheated which make me believe that my problem lay in the clutch isn't being fully engaged,

the pressure is always ok and the problem lay low after the transmission oil temperature reach about 36, how ever i still get gearbox failed and the same error often when changing gears,

as an attempt to solve this i thought that maybe the clutch needs calibration,

i used multiecu scan to do Production/Service final calibration Adjustment but it keep saying "clutch stroke insufficient"

i remember changing the clutch disk about 3 months ago so i thought that may be doing the clutch replacement adjustment may solve this problem, however after doing that i now no longer can change the gear

not while engine on or while engine of, i don;t even hear the sound of the actuator trying to engage the gear.

what do you think i can do to solve this problem

even if just the latest one so that i can go to try my luck with any service garage

as a summary, i did clutch replacement adjustment using MultoEcuScan and after that i can no longer change the gear, using the acutator command i can engage 1 or 2 however i can't use that while the engine is on

thank you

It could be the clutch. They can refuse to open properly when worn causing the servo to stall. As far as I know it's the same clutch parts as the manual cars but check with Shop4Parts for accurate advice.

I believe that "clutch stroke insufficient" normally means a worn out clutch friction plate or a mechanical failure in the clutch cover. However, that's mostly a guess from looking at a few "failed" Dualogic Pandas and 500s after they had already been dismantled, and obviously I couldn't get information on the symptoms they had before being scrapped.
I suppose it's also possible the clutch actuator seal has failed, and it is not capable of disengaging the clutch, but I've not seen one yet like that.

I've just recently got an aging Dualogic Actuator and box to experiment on, and clutch wear and replacement is going to be one of the first experiments. Unfortunately it's too cold for me to do much with it at the moment (unfortunately medication which thins blood stops hands being much use when it's cold).
Very interested in what you find though...
