My 2010 Panda petrol has started juddering as I pull away in 1st gear.

My thoughts are the roll bar bushes are worn.

Has anyone changed these on the Panda.

I have heard that the whole roll bar has to be changed. Can't believe that is true but you never know with Fiats.

Would have thought rear engine mount (search "dogbone") or contaminated clutch plate are more likely.

Anti roll bar bushes not normally much of a problem on Pandas.
Clutch plate getting wet can also cause - any heavy rain/flooded roads in very recent past? Usually dries out pretty quickly though if only water. Oil or clutch fluid is a different story.

No other problems? An intermittent misfire can also cause juddering if you are pulling away gently. (Of course, if you rarely pull away gently it is more likely to be the dogbone... which will fairly soon lead to failure of the exhaust flexi).

When get underneath to check the "dogbone" (engine stay) also for oil under the clutch housing. If there is, you probably have a leaking seal that's contaminated the clutch.
