Very late post from me, but for future reference. Haynes Autofix online manuals give pinouts for these ECUs. In my case (IAW $AF S2) if you stand in fron of the car the top right pin (when the ECU is in place) connects to coil pack A and the pin to its left coil pack B, a little hair's breadth nudge left on the coil pack B pin was enough to fix the problem for me- it was just a bad contact.
