Hi all, I’m in the process of refurbishing my 100hp alloys and what to replace the centre caps and wheel studs/nuts.

It might seem a bit silly asking but does anyone have any recommendation for decent nuts/studs that won’t rust, preferably black…

And does anyone know the inside diameter of the 100hp’s alloy wheel centre cap insert, I think the outside diameter is 5 cm or just under?

Thanks

Hi. I RE painted my wheel bolts. I had spares ones so time wasn't an issue.
I just sanded them clean soaked them in hammrite rust remover then acid etch primer and black top coat. They still look decent after 12 months:)

Ok, thanks for the replies folks, will restore the current ones rather than buy new, makes eco-sense. (y)

Any ideas about the center caps? Once I get the wheels off to paint them i'll pop the caps out then, just don't want to force them off from the outside and further damage either the caps or the alloys.
