Help! My window jammed on my way home (thank goodness it was not raining!). Anyway, stripped everything back as I thought it was just a simple matter of sliding it back onto its rail.... sadly not the case. I have filmed the malfunction, any ideas on how to lift the window, i have grabbed, pulled, pushed and teased, yet the window is not for moving.

If you can get to it?

There is a white plastic clip that holds the glass to the regulator. Push the bottom of it down to release the glass.

Remove the guides and the glass comes out the top.
