hi does anyone know which spark plugs i will need for my 1.2 dynamic eco version 2009 petrol thanks in advance

The NGK guide is a bit vague on the dates, but the engine codes are definitive.

From early 2006 the 1.2 changed to 12mm plugs, being the DCPR7E-N-10 or 4983 is the short code. I think this change was when it went to Euro4.

When it changed to the 70hp engine, using variable valve timing, the plugs then changed to the ZKR7A-10 or 1691. This relates also to the 500 1.2, which was 70hp from the start.

Panda went to 70hp with the 2010 facelift, which also brought the larger mirrors, so your 2009 should be 4983, but check the engine code as advised above.

The change to the 69HP Euro5 engine came after the change to the larger mirrors, sometime in late 2010.

Our '60 plate 2010 1.2 has the larger mirrors and the 60HP engine.

But yes, the OP's car should have been fitted with DCPR7E-N-10 plugs as original equipment.

A better replacement would be NGK DCPR7EIX Iridium plugs, which will last at least 60,000 miles. They can also be used as a replacement for the ZKR7A-10 in the later engines.

There's more information here, and you can follow the link in that post if you want to delve deeper.
