General Warning light and boot light

I was thinking about this the other day, and wondering if it was worth doing a group buy on boot lights. Probably not, but maybe worth thinking about...

DON'T BUY ANYTHING. I put the car back into the dealer, let them see the documentation they had sent me prior to puchase (which states a boot light is fitted in the Sporting ). Job done at no charge.

Ian, what documentation was this? I have looked through my Sporting brochure, but no mention of a boot light. :(

Got my done f.o.c. rang fiat up to confirm it should have been in my panda as it was in the spec when i placed the order for my dynamite and then the dealer had it in to check this out ,it came back saying not fitted on this model , so i rang fiat again and ask them i got told it was standard again so i got them to contact the garage then the car went in again to be inspected and came out with one fitted !

i can confirm that the cable and plug are present on the loom on '54 plate dynamic's.
there is also a connector just inside the boot behind the boot floor trim on the left handside, dunno what it does. is it plugged into anything on the eleganza????
any eleganza owners confirm this?

Confirmed that two weeks ago!

"Remove the interior carpet trim from ns inner wing (two screws on parcel shelf holder). Look for a white connector, with orange/white and red/green wires in, this is taped up just before the loom splits verically. This is the boot lamp connector. The switch is already fitted. Just plug a lamp in and refit trim.
