Technical Knocking noise at the rear

Took the car in to my local garage today to try and find where this knocking is coming from?

Rear shocks changed for bilsten ones about 9k miles ago, bushes are a little worn but not to bad, bump stops look like they are in good condition. Any other ideas?

Mechanic wondered weather the spring cups should have some sort of rubber on them?

Having just read all the other posts on this I have just ordered some poly bushes from demo tweeks and will fit them and see if it makes any difference next will be the bump stops if that doesn't work, will try the 500 abarth versions as they are 11 quid each cheaper than the panda ones.

Check the front drop links. When they go, movement of the rear suspension affects them and the noise often sounds like it is from the rear.

Will get them to check them is it a easy fix?

Check the bump stop prices at shop4parts. I was surprised how cheap they were, the Arbarth ones may be the same p/number.
