First post here on behalf of my wife.

My wife's Panda recently has developed a serious problem with condensation on the inside window screen, virtually every morning it has been completely soaked and on two mornings it was actually iced up. I have hosed the outside wind screen and no water is getting in, also we have driven it in very heavy rain and it has stayed dry. Someone suggested cleaning the scuttle out of debris, leaves etc as this could be causing it. I did this just now and got several litres of water out of it. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you overcome it?Thank you for any help in advance.

When I first got my Panda, the windscreen would steam up. I cured this by giving the inside of the window a really good clean as water will cling to the film that builds up. Then I set the dial for fresh air coming into the car (as opposed to recirculate) and set the fan to 1 (I never turn it off) with the air always either directed at the screen only or the screen and feet option. I very rarely get any condensation and if I do, it's light and clears quickly.

When you cleaned out the scuttle/heater plenum chamber did you unblock the two black rubber 'udders' that project into the engine bay - if these are blocked, your problem will reoccur

Might be worth checking the pollen filter too, if there is one fitted.

I've found that a cheap condensation catcher bag thingy (less than a tenner from asda) has helped keep the condensation at bay on the non aircon panda. It's reuseable by drying it out in the microwave.
